Younes Bendjima is again in trouble. The model is being sued by a Coachella security guard, namely Mario Herrera; he claims Bendjima attacked him at the music festival in April.
According to court documents obtained, Herrera filed a lawsuit against the former boxer after he allegedly tried to accompany Kourtney Kardashian into a restroom at the 2018 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival.
Since it was his job to stop happening so, Herrera claims he told Bendjima that he isn't allowed to go into the single-gender restroom with his girlfriend.
Herrera alleged Bendjima then became angry and lift him up, slamming him against a wall and yelling expletives at the security guard.
After the incident, Herrera allegedly badly injured and had to rush to a hospital for the treatment.
Herrera, who is seeking $5 million in the case, sued Bendjima of assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress and negligence.
His lawyer, Jack K. Kechichian, told TMZ, "Being a celebrity does not excuse bad conduct. You can’t go around hurting people who are just doing their job and that’s all Mr. Herrera was doing, his job."
This is not the first time Bendjima got involved in an altercation. Back in March, he had another altercation when a restaurant employee “talked smack” to him and his friends, including Odell Beckham Jr. and Drake.
In a video resurfaced in August, the Bendjima was seen punching the man and pulling his hair as others were just watching.
As per the report, the unidentified victim had filed a police report, however, he did not pursue charges.
