Also, Jake's house in Hollywood Hills in Los Angeles, California, was put on the market in 2014. The mansion spreads on 2,826 sq. feet and features 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The house was put for sale for $3.5 million.

The Hollywood Hills mansion was bought in 2005 for $2.5 million which he sold for $3.26 million in November 2014.
