Following their 2011 hit movie, William and Kate: The Movie, Lifetime is making a film Harry and Meghan: A Royal Romance on another royal couple, Meghan Markle and Pince Harry for their new TV movie.
The film is set to chronicle the courtship and love story between Harry and Markle. The movie will cover it all — from the couple's first meeting to their attempt to hiding their relationship as well as the former Suits star's life as a divorced American actress.
Who Are Playing Prince Harry and Meghan Markle in Lifetime’s ‘A Royal Romance’?
On Monday, February 5, Lifetime announced that after a great deal of searching, they have cast their leads; Murray Fraser and Parisa Fitz-Henley will play Harry and Markle, respectively.
41-year-old Parisa is best known for her role as Reva Connors in Netflix’s Jessica Jones and Luke Cage. Murray is less known, landing his first-ever role in the ITV mini-series The Loch in 2017.
36-year-old Markle and 33-year-old Harry, engaged in November 2017 and are all set to get married on May 19, 2018, at St. George’s Chapel, Windsor Castle.
Production on Harry & Meghan: A Royal Romance started in Vancouver and Los Angeles this week and set to debut on Lifetime this Spring.
