Wendy Williams Was Hospitalized After Alcohol Relapse

Wendy Williams was hospitalized on Monday, March 25, after alcohol relapsed. She was found intoxicated hours after checking herself out of her sober living facility.

According to a DailyMail report, the Wendy Williams Show show host, 54, was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital and was given an IV bag containing vitamins and minerals that are used to clear out one's system and assist in sobering the person up.

The talk show host returned to her show on Tuesday, March 26, and according to Page Six reports, she has checked into the sober living facility again.

Her hospitalization came shortly after sources confirmed that her husband, Kevin Hunter, and his alleged mistress, Sharina Hudson, welcomed a baby.

According to DailyMail and Entertainment Tonight reports, Kevin, 46, was having an affair with Hudson, 33.

Kevin has yet to confirm the infidelity or if he is the father of the newborn child. Wendy and Kevin, who have been married since 1997, share a son, Kevin Hunter Jr., together.

As previously reported, on Monday morning, Wendy was spotted leaving the sober living facility in New York.

Amid the birth news of Kevin's alleged mistress' baby, she was seen without her wedding ring at the time. However, she had put the ring back on her show that same day.

During an episode of her morning talk show on March 19, the Ask Wendy author revealed that she had joined a sober living facility following her battles with her addiction.
