Run-in with the law! Vicki Gunvalson has filed a lawsuit against her ex-boyfriend Brooks Ayers over unpaid loans.

The Real Housewives of Orange County star claims that she lent him money during their time together but he never returned it.

The television personality, 57, filed papers in the Clark County, Nevada court on March 29. According to court documents obtained, she accused her Brooks, 50, of breaching written and verbal agreements, misrepresentation and fraud.

Vicki claims that she gave the businessman a $184,899 loan in 2011. Additionally, she also allegedly loaned him $81,652.97 for attorney’s fees.

In the documents, the insurance agency owner states that she and Brooks made a written deal in 2016 in which it was written that he would provide her a statement of his income but he failed to do so.

Ayers allegedly also made "false representations" to get the loans, agreeing to promptly repay them.

The documents further claim that Brooks "committed the acts alleged knowingly, willingly, intentionally, maliciously and with the conscious disregard of the rights of" his former girlfriend.

The former couple previously dated for four and a half years, parting ways in August 2015. The reason for the split was cited as the thing that he lied about having cancer to the RHOC co-stars of Vicki.

Brooks has since moved on with Christy Linderman; they became married in March 2018.
