CNN host Jake Tapper recently in an interview with White House counselor Kellyanne Conway opened up regarding the number of claims made by president Donald Trump being completely baseless.

During the interview on CNN's 'The Lead', Tapper successively talked about several issues, ranging from Trump's claim regarding the murder rate being the highest in 47 years to his allegation calling the CNN being "Fake News", and sternly stated the Trump's Claim to be untrue.

To further verify his statement, Tapper forwarded FBI statistics as a supportive proof, that clearly shows the murder rate as of 2015 to be the lowest with the recorded statistics of 4.9 per 100000.

Further talking about Trump's allegation calling CNN to be a Fake News, Tapper asked Conway if she considers CNN to be fake.

Coming up with a diplomatic answer Conway said,

"I don't think CNN is fake news, I think there are some reports everywhere, in print, on TV, on radio, in conversation, that are not well researched and are sometimes based on falsehoods.

Moreover, the pair also came up discussing the recent issue of the ban over major Muslim countries and professed the matter to be acknowledged as soon as possible.
