2007 brought some bad news in his life. On 1st October, 2007 when Tony Reali was running a programme in the ESPN, his apartment was caught by a fire. It was a huge fire; however no one was injured from that fire.

Samiya Edwards and Tom Reali welcomed twin sons in 2018, but unfortunately one of them died. He also has a daughter and they all happily together at Staten Island.
