Behind Bars! Tom Sizemore was arrested for misdemeanor drug possession on January 5 after police pulled him over, the Burbank Police Department reported.
As per the arrest records, a consented search of the Born on the Fourth of July star's vehicle revealed "various illegal narcotics".
According to the TMZ report, the actor, 57, was pulled over because the front license plate of his car; its registration stickers was also expired. As per the report, both the actor and his male passenger were later released after posting bail.

The Saving Private Ryan star has a long history of drug use charges and battery against women.
A Utah woman last year told police that he sexually assaulted her; she said Tom groped her at a photo shoot when she was 11 in 2003.
According to the lawsuit, the incident happened during the production of Born Killers left the woman with lifelong issues, including addiction to drugs and alcohol and post-traumatic stress.
However, Tom denied the "highly disturbing" allegation in 2017, saying he would never inappropriately touch a child.
