A Texas woman, namely Halle Marie Murry, 25, was arrested after being accused of fatally injuring and killing her daughter, Acelyn Lailani Rogers, who was only 6-week-old.

After injuring her child, the mom blamed it on her 3-year-old son. The baby girl was admitted to a hospital where a doctor said in her case that it was "one of the worst" skull fractures he’d ever seen.

The 25-year-old woman and her young son took her daughter to Harris Methodist Southwest Hospital with a head injury on January 14.

She told a doctor that she was sleeping with her daughter on her chest and when she awoke, she found the baby on the floor, and her son was standing over the baby.

According to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram report, Murry then said that her son has attention deficit disorder and "dropped her."

The baby girl was transferred to Cook Children’s Medical Center and a doctor of that hospital said that the 3-year-old child can't cause such injuries. The baby was later pronounced dead.
