A Tennessee man, namely Howard Webb, 31, was arrested after being accused of dipping something other than chips into a customer's salsa.

The 31-year-old was with a driver for a food delivery service, Dinner Delivered, on January 12, when he put his testicles in an order of salsa a customer had ordered. The order was placed from a Mexican restaurant in Maryville.

In a video published by WBIR-TV, Howard seemingly puts his testicles in a cup of salsa as the delivery driver laughs behind saying, "This is what you get when you give an 89-cents tip for an almost-30-minute drive."

Howard, replies, "Oh, it feels good on my balls [testicles]."

Dinner Delivered addressed the video on Facebook, writing that the driver Webb was with was a "rogue independent contractor."

The food delivery driver, whose identification has not been disclosed, engaged in criminal behavior that resulted in indecent acts done to customer orders and unverified claims of "inserting poisonous substances inside customer drinks."

According to the delivery service, it reported the driver to the law enforcement authorities.

According to WBIR, Howard was taken into custody on Friday, February 22, and charged with adulteration of food, liquids or pharmaceuticals.
