Tekashi 6ix9ine to be Sentenced for Three Years in Prison Amid Child Sex

Tekashi 6ix9ine really has a bad time! The 22-year-old rapper has been facing some serious charges for breaking his plea deal and he might be sentenced to prison for up to 3 years, multiple sources have confirmed.

According to a prosecutor, 69 should be behind bars for violating the terms of a plea deal he made in 2015 as he posted a sex video of a young girl, 13.

6ix9ine - real name "Daniel Hernandez"  - looked disappointed when the prosecutor asked for 1 to 3 year of imprisonment after getting arrested twice; once in Texas and again in Brooklyn.

Assistant District Attorney Sara Weiss said in the Manhattan Supreme Court,

He has violated his plea agreement. The defendant should be sentenced to a state prison sentence of one to three years.

Tekashi was reportedly arrested from John F. Kennedy International Airport on Wednesday, August 9 while returning from his European tour after he missed a court date in a case in which he got involved after choking a 16 years old girl in Houston's Galleria Mall in January.

Later in May, the songster was again busted in Brooklyn for unlicensed driving; at the time, he allegedly attacked a police officer, obstructing the governmental administration.

In 2015, the rapper pleaded guilty for using a child for a sexual performance. In a video he posted, a 13-year-old girl was seen doing oral sex with Taquan Anderson as the rapper stands behind her.

In another video, the girl sits naked on Tekashi's lap as Taquan Anderson grops her breasts.

Tekashi 69, who was kidnapped and robbed in Brooklyn where he was also beaten severely in late July, could be sentenced for 3 years.
