On April 13, 2017, David shared a snap of Tiffany with her baby bump on his Twitter page with the caption,
That's my tiny/huge pregnant wife @tif_price! Even when she's nice and round she's still fine!! #hubbahubba #xmantime"
Back then, Tiffany was eight months due. The pair welcomed their first child, a son named Xavier Price in May 2017. The three-member family is often seen together on social media. The father and son duo has been together in a never of interviews, as well.

On September 14, 2017, during the Game 3 - Red Vs Houston Astors, David didn't get to pitch following his recovery from left elbow inflammation. While his team was on the field, David was caught pulling some maintenance to the bullpen pitcher mound.
David's wife wanted everyone to know she hasn't seen him doing such stuff back at home. She took to Twitter sharing the short clip, with a funny message,
"Funny...I’ve NEVER seen you do this at home @DAVIDprice24"
