Gerry Lester "Bubba" Watson or simply known by his professional name Bubba Watson is an American golfer. He is known for being amongst the few left-handed golfers, who has won several championships in his 14 years' long career.

Bubba Watson was placed in #2 in the Official World Golf Ranking back in 2015, and due to his numerous wins in his career, he had managed to gather an impressive net worth for himself.

As of 2018, the American golfer is said to have an estimated net worth of $34.5 million, a subsequent 15% increase than his previous $30 million net worth of 2017. His net worth in 2016 was estimated to be $26.5 million while in 2015 he was holding money worth $20 million.

House and cars

Bubba previously owned a house in Isleworth, which he bought from the golfer Tiger Woods at a price of  $2.2 million in 2013. He later sold the property for $4.2 million despite its listed price of $5.6 million. Watson also has a house in Scottsdale, Arizona which he bought at a price of $1.95 million.

The American golfer is also a huge car enthusiast. His collection includes the General Lee car from the TV series The Dukes of Hazzard, which he bought at a price of $110,000 in an auction. He also owns a Mercedes CLK-63 AMG, which has a starting price of $133,530 and has part ownership in the Chevrolet dealership in Florida.


He started the year 2018 with the winner's share of $1.7 million at the WGC-Dell Match Play, and $1.26 million at the Travelers Championship on June 24.

Bubba bagged his first win in the PGA Tour on June 27, 2010, at the Travelers Championship. He was then a runner-up at the PGA Championship held at Whistling Straits, losing to Martin Kaymer in the same year.

In 2011, he won his second PGA event at the Farmers ins.  Open. The same year he also won the Zurich Classic of New Orleans. He also participated in a charity event, Hyundai Tournament of Champions, where he finished second.

Bubba Watson's first major win was at the Masters in 2012, which placed him in #4 of the world ranking. He ended 2012 with one win and seven top-10 finishes. He won the Masters in 2014 again by three shots, which made him the 17th player to win the event for two or more than two times.

He won the Northern Trust Open at Riviera in 2016. 2017 didn't go as planned for the American golfer and missed the cut at the Open Championship.
