Suspect Arrested in Fatal Shooting of a Man of Age 32 at Dallas Motel

One of the suspects, namely Deanthony Andrew Frank, who fatally shot a 32 years old man (namely James Howard Jennings III), has been arrested, multiple sources have confirmed.

He was taken to the custody and charged with capital murder for involving in a fatal shooting at a Dallas motel on Friday, December 21.

According to the Dallas Morning News report, investigators found 25 years old Frank and another person shot James at the Royal Inn in northwest Dallas.

The report said officers responded at approx. 6:30 A.M. at the motel where they found the victim, who was wounded with multiple gunshots, lying in a second-floor hallway.

James was taken to a nearby hospital where he took his last breath. The details about how the altercation between the victim and the suspects began are still unknown.

A search operation for the other suspect, who remained at large, is being held by the authorities.
