Songs by Jay-Z, Kendrick Lamar, and Harry Styles Are Among Obama's Favorites of 2017

Jay-ZKendrick Lamar, Harry StylesChris Stapleton, and U2 were just some of the artists responsible for Barack Obama's favorite songs of the year.

The former president posted an eclectic list of his favorite songs and books of 2017 on  Sunday via his Facebook page, including Harry's Sigh of the Times and Jay-Z's Family Feud. The 22-song list also singled out Kendrick's Humble, U2's Ordinary Love and Chris' Millionaire.

Obama writes that he wanted to continue the tradition he stared during his presidency of sharing his reading and playlists.

His books list includes Anything is Possible, by Elizabeth Strout, Grant by Ron Chernow, Exit West by Moshin Hamid, and Janesville: An American Story by Amy Goldstein. Obama also gave a bonus shout-out to Coach Wooden and Me by Kareem Abdul-Jabbar.
