Selena Gomez is not well at all! The 'Back to You' singer recently entered hospital for a mental health treatment facility to get help on her ongoing issues related to anxiety and depression, multiple sources have confirmed.

A source told Entertainment Tonight,

Selena has dealt with depression for a while and her and the people around her have always kept an eye on how she feels, even more so since her kidney transplant. Selena wasn’t feeling well and went to the hospital, as she does whenever she feels off. After further monitoring it was decided that Selena would seek treatment at a [mental health] facility.

According to TMZ reports, the pop singer, 26, went to the hospital twice in the past two weeks. The first time came when Selena was at her home in Studio City, California.

As per the report, at her home, the songstress reportedly was in low spirits and emotional for an alarming low white blood cell count.

The Fetish singer was released days later but due to the health issues stemming from her kidney transplant, she was re-admitted last week.

The hospitalization drove the singer to have an "emotional breakdown" where she had a "meltdown" and "freaked out" as she wasn't allowed to leave.

She is currently at an East Coast psychiatric facility where she has been receiving dialectical behavior therapy.

The hospitalization news comes a few weeks after Selena shared an Instagram post to announce that she was taking a break from social media.
