Timeline of Rob Clare
Heading towards Rob’s Career, He worked for the Royal Shakespeare Company(RSC) for three years, including, production of Lear and Cyrano de Bergerace that toured to the Europe and the USA.
After graduating from Oxford University, Rob started working for some of leading drama schools in the UK and started Masters Programs in Classical Acting at London’s Central School of Speech and Drama.
Rob directed the second-year MFA program in Pericles, Price of Tyre at the Bing Theater and conducted Shakespeare lecture. Clare got an invitation from the School of Dramatic Arts for a seven-week artist residency for the lecturing in the School.
Then, Clare worked as verse and text coach for Tina Landau’s productions of The Tempest for Steppenwolf in Chicago and Cleopatra for Hartford Stage.
Currently, Rob Clare works at the NYC Actors Center. Recently, Clare leads an extended Shakespeare workshop for NYC Graduate Acting Program.
