As previously reported, on July 16, Bravo confirmed to media that Luann had checked back into rehab and we would not be watching her on The Real Housewives of New York City season 10 reunion.
The network said at the time,
Bravo supports Luann’s decision to focus on her health. She is part of the Bravo family and we continue to stand by her as she copes with this challenging situation. At this time, we hope everyone will respect her privacy.
Later, it was revealed that the Luann had entered into a plea deal for her arrest of December 2017 for battery on a police officer, intoxication and resisting arrest before she went for a treatment for the second time this year.
The deal mandated that the reality star adhere to random drug and alcohol testing.
According to a court website, Luann pleaded guilty to three charges including battery, disorderly intoxication and trespassing.
As per the report, she was sentenced to probation for one year and 50 hours of community service at 10 hours (minimum) per month.
