In the initial phase of her career, she served as an anchor/reporter for Lifetime Television and as a business writer for The Associated Press. She then started serving as a reporter/anchor for local affiliate television stations in San Diego California; Phoenix, Arizona, and McAllen, Texas. In 1996, she joined Fox News as a news update anchor.
She has also hosted the Fox Business Network TV show Happy Hour. And she is a good friend of Tony Berlin.
Presently, she serves as a contributor to other Fox Business Network and Fox News Channel.
