Ray Donovan's Marion ‘Pooch’ Hall Arrested for DUI and Letting Son of Age 2 Drive

Pooch Hall was arrested in Los Angeles for DUI and letting his 2-year-old son drive on Wednesday, October 3, the Burbank Police Department has confirmed to media.

According to Sgt. Derek Green, the Ray Donovan star, 41, was booked for driving under the influence of alcohol and child endangerment after his car 'Chrysler 300' hit a parked car at approx. 7:30 p.m.

An eyewitness reported that he saw the actor's car weaving in and out of traffic while his son, Djulian, was seated on his lap. The insider added that the child’s hands on the steering wheel.

Sgt. Green said, "Mr. Hall displayed obvious signs of alcohol intoxication and was unable to perform standardized field sobriety tests."

He added, "Mr. Hall’s 2-year-old son was riding in the car with him at the time of the collision and was determined to have been riding in the vehicle unrestrained, as required by law."

According to TMZ reports, the television personality's blood alcohol level was .25, more than three times the legal limit. No one reportedly got injured in the accident.

Djulian was released into the custody of his mother, Linda Hall, while Hall has been held in the Burbank City Jail in lieu of $100,000 bail.

The actor is scheduled to appear in court on Friday, October 5.
