Logic and Jessica Andrea have officially ended their marriage! The rapper, 28, and his estranged wife have finalized their divorce, six months after the duo announced their split, multiple sources have confirmed.
According to the TMZ report, the judge has signed off on Logic, whose real name is Sir Robert Bryson Hall II, and the model's divorce case.
As per The Blast reports, Logic had filed for the divorce from Jessica five months ago, after being in a marital relationship for two years.
As we previously reported, in March, both Logic and Jessica took to social media sites to release a lengthy joint statement regarding their break up.
The statement began,
After two years of marriage, we have come to the loving conclusion that we are much better as friends. As entertainers, we have made every aspect of our lives public, yet we would appreciate your respect and privacy on this issue.
The statement continued,
It's very simple: It just didn't work out. There is no anger involved. No fighting, no cheating, no nothing. We love each other and will continue to support each other for the rest of our lives.
It further read,
And to all the fans: don't be sad. Be happy that we could peacefully end this chapter of our relationship, beginning a new one full of love and happiness. There will be no displays of anger or hatred that tear people apart; the public will not be made to choose sides. There are no sides, there is just us. Two people who loved each other in marriage and will continue to love each other for the rest of our lives.=)
Here's the statement Logic shared on his Twitter account at the time, check it out.
Just weeks before they parted ways, the duo, who became married on October 22, 2015, attended the Grammy Awards 2018 in January; at the time, everything was looked fine between them.
The reason behind the split between the two has not been disclosed yet but fans had already noticed at the time that Jessica unfollowed Logic on Instagram.
