Bam Margera pled not guilty to DUI charges stemming from his last month's arrest. The 38-year-old professional skateboarder's attorney entered the plea on his behalf.

Following his January 7 arrest, the Jackass star was charged with two counts of DUI; driving with a blood alcohol level of 0.08% and driving under the influence.following his January 7 arrest.

As previously reported, Bam was stopped by the CHP after officers caught him using his phone while driving, and then smelled alcohol after approaching him. The stunt performer failed a sobriety test and was arrested.

While Bam was initially pulled over due to a cell phone violation, police officers noticed signs of possible intoxication and conducted a standard field sobriety test.

They arrested Bam for suspected drunk driving. He posted $15,000 bail and was released Sunday afternoon around 2:30 p.m. local time.

He checked into rehab following the arrest and he has since checked out.
