Prince Harry, who recently made a series of deeply personal revelations about coping with the death of his mother, has lately opened up about his mental health issue for the first time.
A close source revealed it was because of his girlfriend Meghan Markle, Harry disclosed the issue in public which he had been dealing with since his childhood.
The source said, "Harry feels for Meghan partly because she's so open, and has that American attitude of saying, 'Let's talk about our feelings.' He comes from such a stiff-upper-lip culture, but Meghan helped him open up."
"Meghan encouraged Harry to see that, by speaking publicly about his difficult experience, he would really help others, and how being honest might even be a relief. No other woman has helped Harry so much emotionally." The source further added.
Besides, several media people has revealed that Harry has also been very comfortable in front of cameras since the day the Suites star Meghan tipped in with the Prince at his London home.
Well, Harry who had an interview with the Telegraph last week has finally admitted to ignoring his grief over Diana during his teenage years, only addressing it when he was 'on the verge of punching someone in later life.
