There is one hobby Prince William had to give up (almost) after marrying Kate Middleton and becoming a father of two children (three in coming months). And that is riding a motorbike. Before he was a devoted husband and a doting father, William loved riding motorbikes.

But on Tuesday, William went against his wife Kate Middleton's wishes by taking his motorbike for a spin while visiting the Triumph factory.

The prince has reportedly said that the reason he has been forced to put his hobby on the "back-burner" is  because it  "fills his wife with horror."

But on Tuesday, William went against his wife Kate Middleton's wishes by taking his motorbike for a spin while visiting the Triumph factory.

35-year-old William, Duke of Cambridge, was dressed in head-to-toe leather while test driving the latest Triumph Tiger 1200. However, to appease his wife, William made sure that he wore a helmet as he rode the bike.

William had spoken about his hobby with World Superbike champion Jonathan Rea in 2016.

Rea said about the conversation,

We talked about his bikes and the fact that he has put it on the back-burner a little bit because of his children now.

William was once a proud owner of a Ducati bike, which he rode the night before his wedding in 2011.
