American comedian Pete Davidson has denied performing at a comedy club after making an accusation that the owner of the club made some “disrespectful comments” about Ariana Grande and Kate Beckinsale.

As per the reports, the SNL star Pete was signed priorly to perform at the Stress Factory Comedy Club in Bridgeport, Connecticut, however, bowed out accusing the owner of making derogatory comments about his former partners.

Cosmopolitan reported that the club owner Vinnie Brand made disrespectful comments that embarrassed Pete, ie,

Don’t ask any questions about his exes Ariana Grande or Kate Beckinsale

Well, post the incident, Pete took to Instagram to share his message. He wrote,

Hey guys of Connecticut, I’m sorry that we had to leave the show before I got to go on. The owner Vinnie Brand disrespected me and did something I told him not to do and I can’t perform under those circumstances

However, Davidson later said that he would still perform as he does not want his fans to be affected. He said,

Everyone who got tickets for that show, I am doing a free show for you guys and we’ll figure out where it’s gonna be

But Brand denied all the allegations in a video published by TMZ, he said,

there is no way in the world I would ever disrespect any comedian

Talking about Davidson, he was engaged to Ariana Grande for over five months in 2018 before splitting in October 2018. Also, he was in a brief relationship with Hollywood actress Kate Beckinsale earlier this year.
