The swimsuits will be featured in Mingus’ new brand, named Krahs.

When asked about the swimwear, Selena said,

I did really have a good time designing. It was fun,

I’ve had a kidney transplant and I like bathing suits that kinda cover where that’s been and make me feel comfortable.

The singer of We Don't Talk Anymore informed of her ongoing battle with lupus in 2015 and underwent kidney transplant surgery in the year 2017.

Selena later revealed that the donor of that kidney was her close friend Francia Raisa.

On her post of Tuesday, Gomez thanked her friend, Mingus, for being there for her during “some of the hardest points in my life.”

She wrote,

I’ve grown up in a very difficult situation so I felt like we bonded on that because we come from real places that

I don’t know, I just didn’t think I could get through some of the hardest points in my life if it wasn’t for you,

Gomez further added,

you’re doing this for other women.

Selena's new swimsuit will the stores soon.
