Louis Tomlinson’s sister, Félicité Tomlinson, died on Wednesday, March 13, a representative for the singer confirmed. She was 18.
As for the cause of death, TMZ reported that Felicite, who was a the fashion designer by profession, suffered a heart attack and collapsed in her London studio apartment.
An ambulance was called after which paramedics attempted to revive her but she was pronounced dead at the scene.
Felicite's death led the Miss You singer to cancel his Comic Relief performance for BBC. The concert was set to take place on Friday, March 15.
Félicité’s last post with Louis was a group photo she shared in December 2018. She captioned the sweet shot at the time, "Family,", adding a red heart emoji.
Louis, 27, is the eldest of seven siblings. In addition to him, Félicité is survived by Lottie Tomlinson, 20, twins Daisy Tomlinson and Phoebe Tomlinson, 14, and twins Ernest Tomlinson and Doris Tomlinson, 5.
The former One Direction singer’s mother, Johannah Deakin, passed away in December 2016 after battling with leukemia.
Days after his mom’s death, he broke his silence by sharing a tweet. In reference to a solo performance on The X Factor, the songster wrote at the time, "All the support has been incredible! Let’s do this together tonight."
