Lisa Robin Kelly was born on March 5, 1970, in Southington, Connecticut, the United States of America to father, Thomas Carl Kelly and mother, Linda Diane Kelly. She belonged to American nationality and White ethnicity.
She then moved to California to pursue a career in acting and enrolled herself at an acting school. She enrolled and graduated from the Goodman School of Drama of DePaul University with a major in acting in 1992.
