This isn’t the first time Madison has faced legal trouble. Back in August, the Bravo star was accused of sexual assault, months after his Southern Charm co-star Thomas Ravenel, who is also his friend, faced similar allegations.

As previously reported, on September 1, E! News reported that a woman had filed a police report against Madison in November, claiming that he assaulted, involuntarily drugged and raped her.

The victim claimed to police that Madison allegedly broke a glass and "he and his friend slipped a drug" into her drink while she stepped away to clean it up.

Following the incident, the woman allegedly woke up in a guest bedroom and she found Madison was "forcibly raping and sodomizing" her.
