Congratulations are in order for George Gray and Brittney Green! The Price Is Right announcer and his loving fiancée became married on Saturday, April 13, multiple sources have confirmed.
George, 52, and Brittney, who is a high school math teacher, exchanged the vows in a romantic ceremony at The Westin La Paloma Resort & Spa in Tucson, Arizona. The wedding was officiated by his brother.
The former Weakest Link host exclusively told Us Weekly that the bride and groom, and their guests went to his family home to a backyard party after the ceremony concluded. His home is "right down the street" from the resort,
The party was decorated with memorabilia from The Price Is Right and it was attended by the host of the show, Drew Carey, and one of its models James O’Halloran.
Guests used napkins branded with the Price Is Right logo as they munched on Mexican food.
Former host Bob Barker was not invited at the nuptials but George said it "would be amazing" if he attended.
The newlywed couple will head to Paris with Drew, 60, for their honeymoon. George said, "We’re really close."
The announcer added,
[Drew] invited us to go on an African safari in March, but [we couldn’t] … make it happen. So then … he said, ‘Hey, do you have plans for your honeymoon yet?’ And I said, ‘No, we’re trying to figure out what to do.’ He said … ‘I thought maybe a trip to Paris would be nice. So how’d you like that for your honeymoon?'
