New charges including first-degree murder have been added a man, Colby Wilson, who was arrested over a domestic incident in east Tulsa, Oklahoma on Monday, April 15.
According to Tulsa police, they received a call about a suicidal man at approx. 5 p.m. on Monday from Sawmill Apartments in 36th Street and 129th East Avenue.
When police officers responded to the scene, they found a pregnant woman, identified as Allyssa Fielding, on the floor. The mother of the suspect was performing CPR at the time.
As per the report, there was a domestic argument between the woman and her boyfriend.
Paramedics rushed Allyssa to the hospital where she was later pronounced dead. According to the police reports, she had fractures to her face, a brain bleed, collapsed lungs, as well as multiple cuts to her body.
Authorities were told that the unborn baby was dead. Colby's girlfriend was six months pregnant.
Officers arrested Wilson and charged him with first-degree murder for the death of his girlfriend and the unborn baby, and aggravated assault and battery.
