Nick Cannon is all set to host the Teen Choice Awards 2018 and the news certainly has left everyone excited. The rapper will be co-hosting the award show alongside internet queen Lele Pons, multiple sources have confirmed.

And the exciting star-studded lineup doesn't end here. Teen Choice nominees Maddie Ziegler, Lucy Hale and Chloe Grace Moretz are some of the glamorous stars who will be appeared at the live show.

The award show will be held at the Forum in Los Angeles on Sunday, August 12.

The 22=year-old Vine star took to Twitter on Monday, July 16 to share her excitement for co-hosting the Fox event along with the 37-year-old singer.

She wrote on the twitter post, "So excited to announce that I will be co-hosting the Teen Choice Awards on August 12th!"
