Leading a sing-along unlike any other, Neil Diamond ushered in the new year. The 76-year-old Grammy Award-winning singer took the stage for FOX’s New Year’s Eve alongside Steve Harvey: Live From Times Square in order to give a special performance of his most iconic hit.

Crooning the memorable lyrics to Sweet Caroline, which Neil first released in 1969, he encouraged the large crowd to join him in singing.

After performing a few verses, Neil told his New York City audience,

Okay, we’re coming up to the final choruses, take a deep breath and we’re going to do it all together now.

Here's a video clip of the special performance. Enjoy Watching!

And here's another one.

The Fox show was hosted by Maria Menounos and Steve Harvey and also featured performances from Kelly Clarkson, Celine Dion, and Flo Rida.
