Neal McDonough is an American actor and voice actor. He is popular for portraying the role of Lieutenant Lynn "Buck" Compton in the 2001 American war drama miniseries Band of Brothers. Likewise, he has also starred in numerous hit movies, Walking Tall, Minority Report, The Marine 3: Homefront, Red 2, Traitor, Paul Blart: Mall Cop 2.
McDonough was born as Neal P. McDonough to Catherine and Frank McDonough on February 13, 1966, in Dorchester, Massachusetts. He was brought up by his parents in Barnstable, Massachusetts in a Roman Catholic. When he was a child, he was popular by his nickname Headster.
He attended Barnstable High School, where he completed his graduation. After that, he enrolled at Syracuse University and graduated with a Bachelor degree in Fine Arts in 1988.
