A nanny and a mother of two children Jennifer Lynn Fulford was found dead in a random attack in Florida. The 56-year-old nanny from Altamonte Springs, Jennifer had been working as a nanny for a wealthy family for around seven years.

As per the reports, she was a married woman and a mother of two and she was planning a trip to Dallas to meet her newborn granddaughter. She had no known enemies.

Fulford was an organized and responsible woman. So when she didn’t arrive to pick up her client’s child from school, her family instantly knew something was wrong.

Her husband Robert Fulford told WKMG the day after she vanished:

It’s just not like her to disappear. I can’t get her on her cellphone. Her phone is off. She’s not answering texts. She’s the nicest lady, most responsible lady on the planet.

Police found surveillance video of Jennifer leaving her dentist’s office in Winter Park at 11:40 a.m. on Wednesday which was the last time she was seen alive as the police found her dead body on Thursday.

In a press conference, Winter Park Police Chief Michael Deal revealed that they found a video of a man using Jennifer’s ATM card.

Deal told reporters:

It is certainly random and doesn’t occur every day here in Winter Park, but this obviously is a dangerous individual,

Deal identified the man as a 53-year-old Scott Edward Nelson, who has a long criminal history throughout Florida. According to police, Scott is a transient with no known address.
