A Texas missing mom, namely Weltzin Garcia, 26, was found dead in a Dallas lake last week two months after her boyfriend's remains were discovered.

Garcia was found by a kayaker on Mountain Creek Lake, which is adjacent to her hometown, Grand Prairie.

The remains of her boyfriend, Alfonso Hernandez, were found on February 17 in White Rock Lake, Dallas.

The couple was reported to be missing on February 5, approx. one week after the mom obtained a protective order against her boyfriend who was wanted on a domestic violence warrant

His car was found by Police near White Rock Lake by pinging his girlfriend's cellphone in the hours after their missing was reported.

The cause of death for both Garcia or Hernandez has not been released by the investigators. Their children have been placed in the custody of the woman's twin sister, Atziry Mireles.

In February, Mireles told the Dallas Morning News that Garcia had moved into their cousin's house after multiple disputes with Hernandez.

Mireles told the station on February 5 that the man texted a goodbye message to his family.
