Minnesota Father Arrested, Pleading Guilty to Sexually Assaulting 2 Daughters

A Minnesota father, namely Jerry Lee Curry, 52, was pleaded guilty on Wednesday, February 13, to physically and sexually abusing his developmentally disabled twin daughters for years.

Citing court records, KSTP reported that the 52-year-old pleaded guilty to one count of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, one count of first-degree assault and one count of endangering a child.

A local media dubbed the case a "house of horrors" affair. Jerry is scheduled to be sentenced February 20.

A Hennepin County Attorney's Office spokesman told The Minneapolis Star-Tribune that the man was expected to receive 30 years in prison.

Jerry was arrested in February 2018. Authorities were told about the assault by one of his daughters. She had run away from her father's south Minneapolis home in May 2017

According to the St. Paul Pioneer Press, the sisters were chained by their father for days and were beaten with his fists, a bat and a paddle.

According to the court documents, Jerry fathered two children - born in June 2014 and October 2017 - with one of his daughters.
