Carrie Underwood knows it all! The pregnant country singer, who is expecting her second child with her husband, Mike Fisher, know the gender of the unborn baby but she doesn't want to reveal it now.
During an interview with The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Wednesday, September 19, the songstress, 35, explained, "I do. We like to kind of just hold on to things for a minute. I feel like everyone knows just everything about everybody".
Ellen DeGeneres then cracked, "You can tell us in a few minutes. I can probably tell you what it is. I’m good at guessing."
Underwood went on to note that this pregnancy is a “different ballgame” than when she carried son Isaiah, now 3.
“I feel like I didn’t look pregnant and then woke up and looked like this,” she said. With that, DeGeneres chimed in: “It’s a girl. It is.”
Although the American Idol 2005 winner did not disclose the sex of the baby, she opened up about the freak accident she had in November 2017, which left wrist broken and receiving over 40 stitches in her face after falling at her Nashville home.
She said in the daytime talk show,
I feel good. I kind of fell up stairs a little bit. I kind of tripped before I got there and the stair was the problem. I went to catch myself and I barely missed the step and jammed my hand in there and hit my face.
I didn’t realize how bad it was. I just have great people around me so I had someone come pick me up and take me and of course someone came over to watch my kid. Everybody kind of sprung into action.
This comes just a couple of days after the singing sensation had an interview with CBS Sunday Morning, where she revealed that suffered three miscarriages in two years.
Carrie, who already has son Isaiah Michael Fisher, 2, announced in August that she is pregnant with baby no. 2.
