She has a severe health problem in 2012. She nearly reached the death of her life. She was diagnosed with a lot of blood clots in both lungs. Beside this one she also suffered several other health problems.

Won RTNDA award

She has also been honored with several prestigious awards in her life. In 2009, she was honored with Radio Television Digital News Association award. She was honored with this award for covering the news about the Buffalo plane crash in 2009.
