The Brazilian star has been heavily linked with the move to Real Madrid this season. His Brazilian team-mate Marcelo has been frequently recommending him to return to La Liga. Ahead of the UCL final against Liverpool, the full-back hopes that the former Barcelona man will join him.

Neymar joined PSG for the world record fee of €222 million (£194m/$260m) a year back leaving Real Madrid's archrival Barcelona.

He was a crucial man in the PSG's Ligue 1 title campaign scoring 19 goals in only 20 games. He was also judged the 'Ligue 1 Player of the Year.' However, he did not have a perfect season as he met an injury ahead of the UCL quarterfinal match against Real.

In addition, he was also on the news for his cold relationship with team-mate Edinson Cavani.

Due to which, Neymar wants a move to Real Madrid. Los Blancos are eager to sign the Brazilian in this transfer window, however, the PSG chief's might not allow him to leave the club this early.

Real Madrid left-back Marcelo hopes to play with Neymar in both Real Madrid and Brazil's jersey.

In his recent interview with AS, Marcelo said:

Great players have to play here. "Real Madrid is very big and the big players need to play in Real Madrid. The best come to Madrid and I would love to play with Neymar. When I talk to Neymar, I'm not talking about Real Madrid or leaving PSG.

Marcelo had also previously talked about Neymar's possible arrival this month after 6-0 win over Celta Vigo.

However, Cristiano Ronaldo made the comments on Neymar's signing as 'rumor'. In a recent interview with El Chiringuito de Jugones, Ronaldo told:

At Madrid, there is the continual talk of signings. I have been here eight years and they are always talking about 50 players that are going to come, and in the end, none come. In September a lot of players are going to come and then, in the end, those who reach the finals are always the same.

Neymar's signing would probably make Real Madrid 'unstoppable' with Neymar and Bale on the left and right flanks and Ronaldo in the center. We would feasibly get to see counter attacks everywhere.
