A Colorado Man Killed 1 and Injured 3 With Baseball Bat Outside Denver Strip Club

A Colorado man was arrested and has been charged in connection with a baseball bat attack outside a strip club in Denver.

He allegedly killed one person and injured three others with a baseball bat. An injured woman is recovering from surgery and she still remains in a hospital.

As per the report, the one who died was reportedly a bystander who was trying to stop the suspect.

Police officers said they received a call about an attack outside PT's Showclub Denver at approx. 1 p.m. on Sunday, April 28.

When the officers arrived at the scene, they saw a suspect standing in the parking lot holding a baseball bat and a seriously injured victim near him. The suspect was later identified as Ryan Ashland.

According to an affidavit, police tased the Ashland after he refused to comply with their orders to drop the bat and surrender. Four victims were rushed to a hospital, however, one of them died at approx. 4 p.m.

Two victims have reportedly since been released from the hospital. The woman who is still in the hospital has been identified as Denise Villalobos, who is a dancer at the club.
