It came after a month of secret marriage of Love Island's host Laure Whitmore in December 2020.
Reportedly, Walker and Rayner were in an on-off relationship for 10 years, indicating that they began dating somewhere in 2011. They rekindled their romance in 2019 shortly after Tom's exit from Love Island.
On his Instagram account @tom9walker with over 125K followers, Tom shared a snap of his wedding; the couple walked holding hands on a snow covered ground before they glanced back for the photograph.
The former Love Island star captioned the photo:
"So... We got married. After a couple of crazy years we decided to start the year off with a bit of positivity. Last weekend, 2.1.21 we tied the knot COVID style."
Recalling their ups and downs in their relationship & their commitment, he added:
"We’ve been a long distance couple, on and off for almost 10 years now! Life experiences, all the challenges of the past few years and then plenty of thinking time, has made me realise that there is only one person I’d like to spend the rest of my life with. So we made the decision not to waste anymore time and commit to spending rest of our lives together."
Soon after the news of Tom's marriage hit the social media, showers of congratulations bestowed upon the couple; celebrity pals like Amy Hart and Jake Quickenden were quick to wish them.
Moroever, Chole also shared the same picture of their wedding on her Instagram & wrote 'Last week I got to marry my best friend. After 10 years of obstacles and long distance, we finally stepped into a new chapter. I can’t believe I’m your wife.'
The newly-married couple did photoshoot of their wedding at Rudding Park Hotel in Rudding Ln Harrogate, the UK. Though further details are yet to be out.
