Consy, who was born seven weeks prematurely on December 23, had since been in London’s Great Ormond Street Hospital where she died on January 22.

She was the first child of Malin. The actress, 26, had welcomed Consy with her boyfriend Tom Kemp (aka Tom Callan).

Malin had named her daughter after her late mother, who passed away in November 2017 after battling with breast cancer.
