Following the completion of her schooling, Louise Linton spent some of her gap-year in the Northern Zambia as a volunteer before embarking in college in the United States. Later, Linton obtained her B.A in journalism from the Pepperdine University.
Subsequently, after her University education, Linton took a step ahead towards her professional career as an actor. Firstly, Louise featured in the several commercials and series in minor roles. Then, she debuted in the series, The Daily Habit as Amy. Her outstanding performance led her to feature in several other tv series like, CSI; NY, Cold Case, William & Kate; The Movie, A Smile as Big as the Moon and much more.
Likewise, Louise Linton made her movie debuted with a drama war film, Lions for Lambs as a Skin Care Consultant. By the age of 37, Linton appeared in numerous movie some of which are The Echo, She Wants Me, Crew 2 Crew, The power of Few, Scavengers and much more.

Apart from this, Louise is the passionate advocate for people and animals and has served on the Board Trust for her British boarding school, Fettes College. Other than that, she was an Ambassador for Erskine Wounded Warriors Scotland from 2010-2012. She is currently working as an Ambassador for the Scottish Butterfly Trust for Cystic Fibrosis.
