Big Time Rush, which sported an array of teen cast involving Kendall Schmidt, James Maslow, Carlos Pena Jr., Keegan Allen, Ciara Bravo, Logan Henderson, Stephen Kramer Glickman and Tanya Chisholm, proved to be a breakthrough for Henderson.
Along with the rest of Big Time Rush cast, Logan made an appearance at the 2010 and 2013 Kids' Choice Awards. He also appeared in an episode of BrainSurge during April 2011. Henderson and his Big Time Rush mates also made a guest appearance on Figure It Out in June 2012.
At the age of 20, Henderson signed a contract with Sony Music Entertainment and Columbia Records as part of Big Time Rush. After releasing four promotional singles, including Big Time Rush, City Is Ours, Halfway There and Til I Forget About You, the group released their debut album, B.T.R., a year later on October 11, 2010.
The album reached the third spot on the Billboard 200 and topped the iTunes digital albums list. It became a certified Gold in the U.S. and Mexico. The group released their second album, Elevate, on November 21, 2011.
Henderson co-wrote four songs for the album--Music Sounds Better With U, Love Me Love Me, Superstar and Time of Our Life, which he co-wrote with Nicholas “Ras" Furlong. The band's third album, 24/Seven, was released on June 11, 2013, with Henderson co-writing many of the songs on this album as well, including the title track "24/Seven".
Logan’s TV/movie career, which began with Friday Night Lights, includes Big Time Rush (from 2009-2013), Brain Surge (2011), Figure It Out (2012). Further in Marvin Marvin (2013) and The Penguins of Madagascar (2015), where he has the voice role of Logan the Beaver.
