Liam Hemsworth Hospitalized Ahead of Miley Cyrus’ Grammys 2019 Appearance

Liam Hemsworth didn't join his Isn’t It Romantic co-stars to promote their new film because of his recent hospitalization.

During a latest interview with Extra, one of his upcoming movie castmates, Rebel Wilson, revealed that the actor, 29, was hospitalized ahead of his wife Miley Cyrus' Grammys 2019 appearance.

He told the outlet on Sunday, February 10, "He’s texted us this morning. He was in hospital overnight, so hopefully he will be fine."

The Pitch Perfect actor, 38, didn't explain what actually happened to Liam, 29, but The Elephant Princess star was noticeably absent at the Grammy Awards 2019 later on Sunday.

Despite his absence, the Hunger Games actor’s wife walked down the red carpet with parents, Billy Ray Cyrus and Tish Cyrus.

The singer, 26, looked gorgeous with her blonde hair tousled to the side. She wore a cleavage-baring black Mugler suit and accessorized with strappy heels and stunning earrings at the event.

The Hannah Montana alum has not been nominated at the 61st annual music ceremony. However, she is set to perform in the award show alongside with Kacey Musgraves, Katy Perry and other artists.

Liam and Miley, who met on while shooting 2010's The Last Song, married in an intimate ceremony in Nashville in December.
