It's been more than a week since Leah Messer’s daughter Adalynn Faith Calvert was hospitalized with an infection and the Teen Mom 2 star has finally revealed that the 6-year-old is suffering from mono.
A representative for the television personality exclusively told Us Weekly, "Addie never loses her amazing zest for life despite being forced to rest."
The rep added, "The great news is she’s improving daily despite the mono diagnosis."
As previously reported, Leah, 26, took to Instagram on March 14, to confirm to fans that Adalynn was taken to the hospital for an infection.
Adalynn was hospitalized after the proud mom noticed her daughter’s face was swollen and she complained of pain.
Alongside a series of photos of the girl on a hospital bed, she wrote at the time,
Even though she’s sick she was making everyone laugh in the ER. WHAT. A. DAY. Keep our girl in your prayers!

Adalynn’s dad, Jeremy Calvert, who the MTV star divorced in 2015 after three years of marriage, also posted a picture of himself cuddling the girl on Instagram.
He wrote at the time, "Hospital with this little one all day. I hope my baby girl starts feeling better."
The reality star gave a health update of her daughter on Tuesday, March 19, telling fans that she was doing "much better".
Adalynn's hospitalization had come shortly after sources confirmed that Leah had parted ways with her boyfriend Jason Jordan again after a brief reconciliation.
Leah is also the mom of twin daughters Aliannah Hope Simms and Aleeah Grace Simms, 9, who she shares with her ex-husband Corey Simms (2010-2011).
