Las Vegas Shooter Stephen Paddock's Brother Says Family Is 'Dumbfounded' At Massacre

The brother of the Las Vegas shooter, Eric Paddock said that Stephen Paddock was a normal guy who must have 'snapped' before he opened fire at the event of the Route-91 country music festival on Sunday, October 1.

In an exclusive interview with DailyMail, Eric claimed that 'something happened' that made his brother Stephen kill 59 and injure almost 527.

He said there was 'absolutely no indication Stephan could do something like this' and adding that Stephen had no political or religious affiliation. He stated:

He was just a guy. Something happened, he snapped or something.

When asked from his home in Orlando, Florida, Eric further said:

We know absolutely nothing, this is just, we are dumbfounded. We have absolutely no idea. Our condolences go to the victims and all their families.

However, Law enforcement investigators and media have found that there is no record of mental illness for 64-year-old late shooter Stephen Paddock. Police had found him dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound with a total of 10 suitcases consist with 42 guns and 10,000 bullets.

Stephen used his girlfriend Marilou Danley to book a suite at Mandalay Bay Hotel in Vegas. Danley who was out of the country in the Philippines has now returned to the US and is under police investigation.
