It was in 2013 when the 'Tik Tok' singer Kesha Rose Sebert last released a song. Ever since her theatrical legal bid to escape from her contract with Sony, after she accused producer Dr. Luke of drugging and raping her, she has been feeble and vulnerable at best.
But now with the support from the Russian-German Grammy award winner Zedd, she is set to release her first song, True Colors, since she last released Timber with the renowned artist Pitbull.
The singer had posted a picture of herself in the recording studio revealing that she had grabbed producer Zedd's offer to help her make music again.
The duo has now recorded a new version of the song 'True Colors', which they performed together on the first week of Coachella causing a huge stir.
On Thursday, Kesha released a teaser, in which she looks cheerful and radiant, with a caption, 'This is more than a song. This is a declaration of my truth.'
