Harty Condolence! Joseph Pilato, a veteran actor best known for his appearance in Pulp Fiction and Day of the Dead, has died at the age of 70.
His death was confirmed by his fellow actor Marty Schiff. Schiff took to Facebook to announce his passing, writing,
It is with great sadness that I inform you that actor and old friend Joseph 'Joe' Pilato passed away quietly in his sleep last night. Rest in Peace, Joe.
Pilato passed away Sunday night in his sleep. Further details about his death have yet to be revealed.
Pilato was a horror movie star who worked on scary movies like Alienator, The Evil Inside Me, Fatal Passion, Empire of the Dark, The Demolitionist, Wishmaster and The Ghouls.

Born in 1949 in Boston, Massachusetts, Pilato initially wanted to be a lawyer before started his acting career.
